Initiated in Gordons Bay in South Africa's Western Cape,
Mothers Against Drugs,
affectionately known as
"MAD",
was born out of a community's desperate desire to transform its plight, besieged by the scurge of drug & substance (including alcohol) abuse & its concomitant violence ...
Although all members play a vital & pivotal role, this is a discerned effort on the part of MOTHERS suffering with loved-ones who have become unrecogniseable !
It is hoped that these ACTIONS can serve as a model for OTHERS !!!
